      FTO, WFH but Hybrid schedule overall

      Cons

      FTO is 'limited' by boss even though Employee handbook states that FTO is NOT limited, sometimes overstressing due to overworking

      Great People - Underpays with Low Benefits

      I enjoy everyone I have worked with. They have committed to the hybrid working model.

      Cons

      Severely underpay. No stock options. Bonuses are small (less than 2%)
