      Pros

      Flexible work hours. Insurance was good but Obama care messed that up. I cant think of anymore pros, there just aren't any right now. I would not recommend to anyone as a place of employment.

      Cons

      The company only cares about money and not the people they depend on to make them that money. Salaries fall well below the average for the Jackson, MS area. Upper management has created a culture that is having toxic affects on the people they depend on. Overall morale is at an all time low. No one cares about the team aspect anymore, it's ever business unit for themselves with no constructive cross communication across the business units anymore.

      Easy work. 3 weeks of vacation after only 5 years.

      Cons

      Very political. Medical benefits aren't great. Men are valued more than women. No room to advance.

      Good pay. Very laid back about work schedule.

      Cons

      Very inconsistent management. Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Managers have their "chosen ones" and if you aren't one, then don't expect to be given other opportunities within the company.
