Pros

- Great work life balance - People at the company are extremely friendly and supportive - The benefits of the company are great - I do feel like my management wants to see me succeed

Cons

- The pay should be better because they always tell us how well the company is doing but that doesn't get reflected in our salaries. - Changes are made very slowly and when they do actually happen, it doesn't seem like we have good change managers. - As middle management I don't have a lot of authority to make decisions. - Promotions take FOREVER, because of corporate approval. You can interview for a position and know you got the job but still have to wait sometimes over 5 months to actually step into the new role.
