As an employee of 8 years, I've experienced a supportive and collaborative environment where staff members are respected, valued, and encouraged to grow. Communication is clear, teamwork is strong, and thee is genuine care for staff and students alike. From a leadership perspective, Everbrook's commitment to high-quality learning and strong family partnerships truly sets us apart. The culture is positive, intentional, and focused on long-term success for both children and staff. I recently had the privilege to meet our CEO, John Bork. I loved hearing his plans and passion for the future. I'm very excited in the direction Everbrook & Learning Care Group as a whole is headed.

Clean, warm and inviting environment. Safety is also a big priority here at our school. Friendly, trained and experienced staff.

Cons

Staff turnovers and curriculum could use some work (ex. age appropriate materials for all classrooms).
