      Pros

      Caring, involved team. High salary offer. Willing to train and bring in new talent.

      Cons

      While they increase your pay to account for PTO, true PTO doesn't exist. Health insurance is very expensive.

      Not bad if you don't mind not having any real benefits.

      -Tend to have higher pay -They do offer courses through their company site.

      Cons

      -medical is very expensive - no holiday pay. -no vacation pay.
