Strong benefits under former CEO, but cuts in 2026

The company was doing well with the old CEO, pretty good benefits such as PTOs, personal holidays, sick days, etc, and health insurance premium.

Cons

The company started to cut benefits in 2026, many people did not get their stock grants. The middle-level management also needs improvement.
