Pros

- The Clients employees are very nice.

Cons

- Training is very unorganized. The Corporate Trainers are training field employees who have never been out in the field. I was hired to drive a 27ft box truck, with no notice, no experience, and no training. - Company morale is very low, and very negative. - Employees working at headquarters don’t seem to be very happy, and seem to mess up everything such as employees paperwork, field employee travel arrangements, etc. - Benefits are costly expensive, and hard to afford with low paying wages. - Management continues to sell you false dreams, and lies! - Working hours are very long for an example 14-16 hours a day, with 6 to 9 hours of rest. - On the road 100%. Traveling to places in the middle of nowhere. - They sell you on traveling, but their is slim to none any sight seeing, enjoying the City, trying different foods, etc. - They put you in horrible hotels/motels. - Per Diem very is very low to be on the road 100%. - The amount of work do not add up, with the pay. Corporate knows this, that’s why they give you low salary, and an opportunity to pay you Chinese overtime which is literally $5.00 an hour, once you work over 40 hours. - They want you to spend all your personal money, then they reimburse you especially when your making below average wages. - Not maintaining and providing great maintenance on their Company vehicles. - If you are a driver, you will break DOT regulation many of times, by being provided wrong addresses, etc. - CEO, nor the Director of Operations never came to welcome new Employees to the Company during New Hire Training. - VERY HIGH turnover rate.

Traveling around the country and seeing so many different things was wonderful. My unit manager was great!

Cons

Not getting paid what you're worth or for the experience that you have, never getting to go home and not feeling appreciated from the office people.

Pros

Examinetics is a wonderful company to work for and has many career advancements for those who are willing to put in the effort. Travel is 90% of this job and working with the customers is a very rewarding and satisfying part of the job. The office is there to support you in the field and make sure that the job goes as smooth as possible. They have an excellent employee training program. You earn Air Miles and Hotel perks if you sign up for them and you get to keep them. It is a very exciting time to be with the company, they are improving all aspects of the company and are willing to listen.

Cons

Travel is 90% of this job. You stay in Hotels while on the road. Low Per Diem for food but it is not in place to buy all your meals but to help with the expense. You can work all 3 shifts in a weeks time.
