      Pros

      Ummmmm ???!!! Free polyester uniforms that are great on the skin. Make you feel like a member of a BestBuy geek squad Elite but don’t get paid as much.

      Cons

      Literally It’s the worst experience I have ever had with MSP in town to work for or work with! Low pay. Medical that cost so much that I couldn’t use it for anything. It was cheaper paying with out medical insurance. Constant change to process with out letting anyone below management know until after the fact. Look at all the other awesome reviews.

      This company was amazing in 2016 before Eric sold.

      Cons

      All of management is stifled by upper management and you can not do any innovations to help your team or department. There is 0 loyalty to any employee. You see all of the techs and clients suffering and can't do anything to help them. All you can do is be the one that rolls out what upper management wants. Executech use to be the white glove service for clients but not any more they are loosing clients left and right. They are now doing crap projects for clients that they don't need or is not a good fit for them because this is what management wants. You can no longer consult on what a client or company needs, You can only deploy the crap that Executech says is the best. Moral is at an all time low and if you are the original Executech mentality, you will not last. Stay Away!!

      Pros: Strong leadership that invests in sales infrastructure, clear comp plan with uncapped earning potential, and a culture that rewards performance. Real opportunity to grow in a fast-moving company.
