Contracts with a lot of great companies, remote work, communicative account representatives, compensation, some holiday pay, employee skill training, weekly pay, reassignment if contract ends
Cons
Not all holidays are paid for, assignments can end abruptly due to funding
I have had a good experience with Experis. Being recruited for a position, onboarding and working as a consultant at a large company. Experis has benefits and even sick day pay and 401k. The place I work is not bad, friendly people, but hard work.
Cons
Being a contract employee versus full time has its good and bad. Full time people get lots of extra benefits and time off, but at a cost of more committed time.
I do not hear much from Experis other than the automated web sites, but so far, that's beeen good.
