The hourly/salary rates. That’s it!

Cons

Toxic Good ol’ boys club Harassment/Bullying ZERO Diversity/Inclusion Retaliation Complain, Call something out, Go against the grain, speak candidly. You better have proof, NOT others because they won’t back you. Pictures, documents, videos, recordings… or it didn’t happen. OK is a right to work state…You’re gone!

Great perks but favoritism and low pay hinder growth

Company spends a lot of money on food and entertainment, events and perks

Cons

It's not what you know, it's who you know. A lot of favoritism, zero room for growth, very low pay for the workload, and if you even think about addressing an issue, you are DONE. The rules apply to some, but not all. The board really needs to do an audit on the spending habits, they blow money while the company stays in the red. A lot of waste and abuse.
