Pros

When you’re on placement they leave you alone. Can get exposure to different industries/companies much quicker than being than doing it yourself.

Cons

Force you to attend office twice a week when on bench. Can be quite expensive/long if you don’t leave close to one of the offices. After 2nd year the pay does not go up at all unless you become a lead/manager level.
