      Pros

      Professional atmosphere, Pleasant surroundings, nice, young, white people.

      Cons

      MUST be young (25 to 29 - 30's borderline - 40's forget it), Caucasian, handsome/pretty, trim, athletic, Type A, hair on fire, (intelligence/common sense or any type of meaningful experience is not required). It is ALL about appearance.

      Pros

      Many good colleagues. OK place for someone who enjoys recruiting, able to conform to management style and not rock the boat.

      Cons

      Leader talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk frequently. Prefers input from selected few, and ignores input they don't want to hear. Moderate turnover. Kind of place that isn't great, but isn't terrible in most cases either. Not much room for growth. Prefers people that agree with him, and most management slots are filled by long time people. Someone occasionally gets thrown under the bus.

      Some really good people there. Generous time off.

      Poor communication and management by manipulation from the executive level. Poor company benefits.
