As a means for getting your foot in the door of the cannabis industry with little to no experience prior, it's decent. You will find solace in the other people suffering there.

Cons

Everything is literally broken, management refuses to fix issues with equipment or toxicity of the workplace, leadership is filled with nepotism, egos, and managers who, besides sleeping together which is an issue in it of itself, are simply unfit of leadership due to lack of experience or tact. Will absolutely string hard working employees along in regards to being hired for positions or promotions and will fire people with no explanation whatsoever, even to the point HR is unaware of terminations happening.

None. Horrible management, they will lie to you, use you, and get rid of you when they feel you aren't making them enough money.

Cons

Everything. They do not care about their employees or their customers . Management has no clue what they are doing, they will lie to your face to get out of you what they can.
