I've been with FORTÉ for 2 years now, and I wish I had found this company sooner. The company is financially solid, which gives everyone a sense of security and confidence in our future. It's a collaborative environment where innovation and personal growth are encouraged, making it a great place to work. Recently, FORTÉ has started expanding globally, with new ventures in Ireland and Germany. This has opened up exciting opportunities for growth and development. FORTÉ is also incredibly flexible and trusting. They understand the importance of work-life balance and trust their employees to manage their responsibilities effectively. This flexibility has made a huge difference in my overall job satisfaction. One of the best benefits here is the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). It's empowering to know that we, as employees, have a stake in the company's success. This initiative not only boosts morale but also aligns our interests with the company's long-term goals. - Lack of diversity in the office (probably 90% of employees are white, male, 40+). It's easy to feel like an outsider if those characteristics don't apply to you. - Pay can be higher for all, considering the massive profits the company makes.
