Pros

I started as a Leasing Manager and was quickly promoted up through the ranks. I've been a Community Director for 4+ years now, and worked for FPI for almost 7 years! There are huge opportunities for growth. FPI cares about it's employees personal lives, and promotes a balanced work and home life.

Cons

Expensive to add my little ones onto health insurance, but free for myself including medical, dental and vision. No 401K match.

Pros

None. Absolutely No pros whatsoever.

Cons

Walk the walk, talk the talk, but don't do anything. That's the regional managers in a nutshell. Paid to demean others while looking good. If you're a masochist, this is the company for you. They'll work you to death, underpay you and replace you in a heartbeat. Monstrous company.

Pros

I love my coworkers, residents and vendors that I deal with every single day. The job itself is hard but doable if you have a good team. Very rewarding but this is true with any property you work.

Cons

Zero accountability. CDs are allowed to get away with doing next to nothing by “delegating” their work. Pay is god-awful. I can’t even afford to live at the property I work at on my salary. You will not receive a raise based on performance. Don’t work for an older property, even if you want to turn it around, corporate will reject it due to budget. Also, if you have religious trauma, steer clear of this company as a lot of their messages to employees are faith-based.
