Nice office and nothing else to say.

Cons

True sales professionals our not taught to read and memorize scripts like robots. No corporate understanding of selling to medical professionals and toxic environment.

The pay was okay for the job initially.

Cons

Management wanted to force a sliding pay scale based on productivity. 100% productivity would get you your regular salary. 95% productivity would drop your pay $1 an hour. 105% productivity would give you $0.05 an hour raise. They encourage patients to come in when sick or pay $40 cancelation fee.

Pros

Autonomy. For the most part there is very little owner/management involvement since they only work in the clinic 4 days a week for approximately 4 hours a day.

Cons

Don't be surprised if the owner's caseload will be put onto you at any given day. Management also states they "don't do raises" since they have a performance bonus structure, many employees haven't received a raise in 5-6 years. They tamper with your PTO and pay sheets (if you're lucky enough to receive them; they only do printed copies which they hand deliver). They frequently try to pressure PTs/PTAs into fraudulent medicare billing practices. There is no company health insurance, they will only reimburse 50% of whichever private health insurance plan you pick.
