      Great place for a temp job

      Pros

      Good pay, flexible schedule, genuine people to work with.

      Cons

      This job became very boring... quickly. I worked part time during the summer; I'm not sure how people can work full time here for years. But if you like a job that allows you to zone out and go through the motions, it is a great job for you. I personally just can't work a factory job full time. This isn't anything against Fait. Just a personal preference.

      Work was easy, pay was cool, people were cool...

      Cons

      HR and the inner circle there eats corn on the cob the long way, Absolute sausages that don't truly care about you, if you're numbers slip, kiss your job goodbye... Not a "hey, what's going on" or try to understand your situation. You'll get put on a performance plan, and I got fired before even 30 days passed.
