Pros

None, Nothing I can think of!

Cons

I wish I could give FanDuel zero stars because they deserve absolutely nothing positive. This place is a cesspool of toxicity and an absolute disaster when it comes to treating their employees with any respect or decency. First and foremost, the company culture at FanDuel is horrendous. It's like stepping into a time warp where the worst workplace practices from decades ago are still in play. There's a complete lack of communication, transparency, and basic human decency from the leadership. It's clear that they view their employees as expendable pawns to be used and discarded at their convenience. But wait, it gets worse. Let's talk about the layoffs. It's as if FanDuel thinks layoffs are some sort of sick game. They've made a habit out of blindsiding their employees with sudden layoffs, leaving them high and dry without any warning or assistance. Watching colleagues and friends in security team get their lives shattered by this heartless company is truly nauseating. The way FanDuel handled these layoffs is a prime example of their complete disregard for their workforce. No severance packages, no job assistance, nothing. It's like they revel in the chaos and despair they cause. I can't imagine how a company can be so out of touch with basic human empathy. And don't even get me started on the leadership. The top brass at FanDuel seem to be operating in an alternate reality where treating employees like human beings is an alien concept. Their arrogance and lack of accountability are mind-boggling. It's no wonder the company's culture is in shambles when the people in charge set such a terrible example. In conclusion, I wouldn't wish FanDuel on my worst enemy. It's a nightmarish place with a terrible culture, atrocious leadership, and a penchant for leaving employees high and dry through heartless layoffs. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this disaster of a company. Your mental and emotional well-being will thank you.

Pros

Not any as I can think of!

Cons

I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing the heartless and ruthless nature of a this company that claimed to be a pioneer in innovation and progress. As an observer of their actions, I am compelled to share my horrifying encounter with this soulless corporate entity that unapologetically laid off numerous security engineers. From the moment I heard about this mass layoff, I was appalled at the company's blatant disregard for the hardworking engineers who had dedicated their time and skills to building the foundation of the company. Instead of valuing their dedicated employees, they heartlessly discarded them like obsolete pieces of hardware. The way this company handled the layoffs was simply atrocious. There was no empathy, no compassion, and certainly no appreciation for the efforts of the engineers who helped them grow and prosper. The entire process seemed like it was executed with the cold efficiency of a ruthless dictator, leaving countless families devastated and their lives in disarray. Not only did this company betray its employees, but it also shattered any illusion of trust it might have had with the public. Any claims of being a "people-first" organization or fostering a positive work culture were proven to be empty marketing gimmicks. It was evident that the only thing that mattered to this tech giant was its bottom line, even if it meant sacrificing the livelihoods of the very individuals who contributed to their success. To make matters worse, the laid-off engineers were offered a mere pittance as severance packages. It was a slap in the face to these hardworking professionals who had given their all to this ungrateful corporation. The lack of respect and decency displayed during this process is an indelible stain on their corporate reputation. As someone who once admired this company from afar, I can no longer support or endorse such callous and inhumane behavior. I urge anyone considering doing business with them or seeking employment within their ranks to think twice before engaging with a company that prioritizes profit over people. In conclusion, this tech company's actions were despicable and utterly reprehensible. They may claim to be at the forefront of technological advancements, but their heartless treatment of their own employees reveals a darkness that lurks beneath the surface. I hope karma catches up to them, and they experience the repercussions of their heartless decisions. Save yourself the disappointment and choose to support companies that truly value their employees and uphold the principles of empathy and compassion.

Pros

Great Benefits Good culture Friendly co workers Internet stipend Work from home

Cons

Pay could be a lot better especially in the Atlanta better Was told there would be unlimited overtime when I came on board I was told there was unlimited paid time off A lot of micromanagement They expect you to work like a robot with minimal breaks. You go to the bathroom 2 minutes over your break and they will scold you for it seriously. They treat customer service terrible. Like the scum of the earth. No respect or appreciation for the customer service agents. They don’t backup their agents. Management is not getting talked to disrespectful everyday so they don’t really understand nor are they understanding. If Learn new skills you don’t get a raise. So you’re doing 3x the work for less pay . They claim to care about you and your family however schedules are terrible and change every 6 weeks. They will not accommodate your schedules because they don’t care about you or your family only themselves. FanDuel is the largest sports book platform they make millions of dollars but can’t give their employees raises for learning skills Very disappointing I thought this was a place I can grow a career. If you’re thinking of working here please read the reviews and take my word. Yes you work from home with flexibility but is it worth affecting your mental health? This is the most stressful job I had in my life. I thought working from him was supposed to be fun low stress the company is anything but that.
