Pros

Lot of good people working there when I was there. The folks who have been there the longest on the technical side are phenomenal and so supportive and patient.

Cons

The culture was very stressful. Everything was always an emergency. Developers were expected to do everyone's job and then of course also blamed for anything that went wrong. When I was there, the on call expectations were insane. From day one they made it clear that the expectation is that you will work way more than 40 hours/week (when there's an emergency! which was always) and not be paid well for it.

Overall good team, worked for many years and find the company unique and a good fit for me.

Cons

Can’t work remotely if location is near Springfield MA. Told “not a performance issue”, just won’t let you.
