      Pros

      Remote work environment, some benefits slightly better than FedEx as a whole, some flexibility depending on your team, pay is decent

      Cons

      No one knows the direction, constant re-orgs, a lot of uncertainty, some teams working constantly, too many new leaders who don’t know what they are doing

      - Good work culture - Remote work is still an option - Will get to work on innovative projects

      Cons

      - Pay could be better - Not great at developing talent - Career growth is questionable - Disorganized at times and due to so many initiatives it can be difficult to have full visibility to everything that is going on - There tends to be low visibility to the actual impact that your projects have
