-hard working, helpful coworkers -good starting pay -wide variety of positions -tuition assistance -most benefits start from day one

Cons

-somewhat difficult to obtain full time positions -difficult to get extra hours -working under 20 hours

Pros

Insurance is pretty good. You get a full body work out every day. Discount programs are pretty good, if you can find them.

Cons

It's really physical depending on what area you work in. There's a lot of walking and climbing and ducking involved. It's dangerously dusty in there.
