-Really Good Benefits (if you apply for them) -Lowest pay is 18 almost 19/hr; so pretty decent pay. -Easy to move up/ more job opportunities

Cons

-Unsafe work conditions -Physically and Mentally demanding (you'll work more hours than expected, especially during peak season) -A pain to be compensated for accidents
