Pros

Good pay in comparison to similar jobs in the area. Plenty vacation, PTO, and you're able to take time off without complaint. Customers and coworkers friendly. Nice work environment.

Cons

Lower Management is disrespectful to employees, bully and intimidate them.Need to have more patience in training new hires It's a negative climate which engenders high turnover. Discouraging.

There are absolutely no pros about this company. Literally a worker got electrocuted at a machine and they made him keep working. Would not even let him go to the hospital. It is ridiculous.

Cons

7 days a week, you don't even have time to rest or function outside of this company. The conditions are dangerous, so if you care about yourself or your family, stay away.
