      All local staff are phenomenal and work well together to achieve company and personal goals.

      Cons

      Outside management lacks in leadership skills and creates an unbearable toxic environment that is causing a mass exodus. Watch your backside if choosing this employer

      Pros

      Company was great and I believed in the product. They are owned by Fortune Brands so they have some really good benefits. I learned a lot with them.

      Cons

      Old guard employees that have been there forever. Did not want changes because they knew better even after showing data to back up decisions.

      Great team and forward thinking. Lots of training for job and safety. Fun activities and family feeling.

      Cons

      Long hours and can get pretty dirty at times. PTO can be hard to understand at first.
