      Pros

      The pay is good and so are the hours. Most people are paid hourly, so there is no overtime because they won't pay for it. You get one week vacation after three months.

      Cons

      Everything else. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The environment is competitive with a ton of lying and bullying. Some people have horrible attitudes and are not team players. Some people are not qualified for their jobs, but have them because of the personal relationships with managers. There is a ton of favoritism. Some people really don't know what they are doing, but have been with the company for twenty years. The culture is horrible.

      You can learn alot, some of the people

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover rate Management will theow you under the bus, absolutely NO flexibility when it comes to family and working hybrid but all the c - suite people do work hybrid Very LOW pay, no growth

      if getting snacks is a pro... They try to distract you from everything else they don't do for their employees

      Cons

      NO work / life balance If you are not C suite you CAN NOT work from home ever. They will tell you one thing in an interview and then change it up later, promise you bonus structures that don't actually exist. PTO is not great Zero flexability High turnover - seen at least 6 people leave one dept in a year Snakey supervisors Very low comp
