Pros

The people at Fiera are fantastic, friendly and motivated to provide quality work to clients. Office locations are desirable with a hybrid work-from-home option.

Cons

Company culture is far from established. The US has undergone a restructuring that has been in the works for over 2 years with no communication or sense of direction. This restructuring has limited resources and tightened capacity for those that are still at the firm. Employees are leaving due to lack of culture, competitive pay, and corporate direction. Outside of Senior leadership promotions, there is very little communication top-down.
