Pros

Great brand. Fairly well paid. Good benefits. Not quick to sack people.

Cons

There is an in-crowd of white British people from wealthy families who went to a select few top public schools. By doing a good enough job they are judged to be excellent. The rest have to strive to get noticed and promoted. Even if you went to Oxford or Cambridge, actually where you went to school counts for more.

Pros

-Great company culture -Divesity -Great benefits -Awesome company event

Cons

My short time at the company I worked under a very terrible manager who made my time there miserable. What kept me going were my other team members. I later found that I was the 6th employee in this position to leave because of this particular manager. It seemed they did not care about the way these 6 employees were treated and kept this manager.

Pros

I've been in my role for only a short period now, but I can confidently say that I feel like I've hit the jackpot being at the FT. From the very beginning during my interview process (which was probably the best interview process I've ever had in my entire professional career), those I was interviewing with made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident while speaking to them. Even then, I was already excited for what was to potentially come! Everyone that I've come into contact with at the FT so far has been an absolute delight, and because it's a large organization, I've been meeting loads of people. I've been receiving the warmest welcomes from individuals around the globe, and my colleagues I get to work with on a daily basis already feel like family. A majority of individuals who I've spoken to have been at the FT for 5, 10, and even 15 years -- that's definitely saying something about this place. To be honest, I never want to leave either! I feel extremely lucky and SUPER happy to be here. #BestJobEver

Cons

Honestly, I have nothing to share here.
