Pros
I've been in my role for only a short period now, but I can confidently say that I feel like I've hit the jackpot being at the FT.
From the very beginning during my interview process (which was probably the best interview process I've ever had in my entire professional career), those I was interviewing with made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident while speaking to them. Even then, I was already excited for what was to potentially come!
Everyone that I've come into contact with at the FT so far has been an absolute delight, and because it's a large organization, I've been meeting loads of people. I've been receiving the warmest welcomes from individuals around the globe, and my colleagues I get to work with on a daily basis already feel like family. A majority of individuals who I've spoken to have been at the FT for 5, 10, and even 15 years -- that's definitely saying something about this place. To be honest, I never want to leave either! I feel extremely lucky and SUPER happy to be here. #BestJobEver
