      Generous holiday schedule, attractive schedule and hours (Monday through Friday 8-4:30 for most)

      Cons

      Below average pay; little to no room for growth or promotion; no encouragement by certain department leads; Discrimination and favoritism in certain departments by managers; inflexible with remote options; Gaslighting and bullying by some department leads

      Low paying, can barely survive on what I make

      Schedule is somewhat flexible sometimes,

      Cons

      Pay is meager for the amount of work you do and they get out of paying quarterly bonuses by basing whether or not you get paid by setting unrealistic QA goals. Also, doing jobs of a title youre not getting paid for.

      Worst place I ever worked

      Pros

      None. It was awful from start to finish

      Cons

      Coworkers were bullies. Management was awful. Customers were mean and management would back them instead of employees even though employees were following policy.
