Pros

I’ve been fortunate to build a meaningful and rewarding career at Fiserv. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most dedicated, talented, and client-focused professionals in the industry. The pace is fast, the work is impactful, and the culture continues to evolve in ways that energize me. With Mike Lyons stepping in as CEO, I’ve never been more optimistic about our future. His leadership style is rooted in trust, clarity, and a genuine belief in the power of people. His focus on delivering quality and putting clients at the center of everything we do is both refreshing and inspiring. It’s clear that he’s not just driving results - he’s building something sustainable, and he’s doing it the right way. Fiserv has always been a place where you can make a difference, and under Mike’s leadership, that sense of purpose feels stronger than ever. I’m excited for what’s ahead.

Cons

-Like any large organization, change can take time and communication across teams isn’t always perfect -The pace and complexity may be challenging for those not comfortable with ambiguity

Cons

I worked at Fiserv for nearly four years, and based on my experience in chennai. , I feel that the Chennai location has several challenges that prospective employees should be aware of. In my observation, highly skilled and dedicated employees often struggle to progress because favoritism and internal politics can significantly influence opportunities and recognition. Many managers and directors tend to favor individuals they already know or have established relationships with. Being recognized as a "Great Place to Work" does not necessarily mean that every branch or location offers the same employee experience. Workplace culture can vary considerably across offices. There appears to be limited growth opportunities for experienced Business Analysts with more than five years of experience. However, freshers and professionals with limited experience may benefit from joining the organization to gain exposure to real-world projects and industry practices. Those many positive reviews posted online may not fully reflect employee experiences. During my final clearance process, employees were advised not to post negative comments about the company, which may influence the overall perception available on public review platforms. This feedback is based solely on my personal experience and observations during my tenure at the organization.
