      My coworkers are great and make the days go by a lot faster.

      Cons

      There's basically no growth if you're not white or a family member leaving the rest of us to stay in one position forever. They are creating new positions and yet the benefits are still horrible.

      Working for a company that is a giant boys club. The only people that get away with anything and everything are a select few. ALSO THEY HAVE A VERY HIGH TURN OVER RATE DUE TO THIS, SOME DEPARTMENTS ARE CLOSE TO 80%

      Nice airplanes and a variety of flying

      Cons

      Very political and vindictive management culture. Many pilots who have been there for a long time have what is most akin to battered wife syndrome. They walk on eggshells, seem afraid to stand up for themselves or make decisions on their own lest they get fired. Those that do disagree with management often face retaliation or termination.
