Middle Management goes unchecked by Upper Management and HR. Coworkers and I were subject to our Supervisor's mood swings, childish antics, and derogatory behavior. Supervisor regularly degraded others in the company, including in staff meetings, which made for a toxic and hostile work environment. Very much an inner-circle vibe based on who is willing to gossip about people inside and outside of the department. It didn't take long to figure out why the department had experienced so much turnover in such a short period of time. No upward career trajectory.

Management does not respond well to people with experience performing responsible job functions. They are so worried about protecting their jobs and minions. Contracted to the government creating wasteful spending of the taxpayers money. No reward for recommendations based on experience and efficiency. Good-old boy practices at its best!
