Pros

Really not many. Meet a few cool people but that’s about it

Cons

Going to promise you the world. Make guarantees they can’t back up and that corporate won’t back up. Lies upon lies upon lies. And don’t ever leave. You won’t get paid for loads you ran the last week or money in your maintenance account if you were an owner operator. And they will use personal reasons to take away incentives and bonus’ also. Complete joke.

Pros

Home weekly Guaranteed pay Quarterly bonus 1 week PTO availible after hire Does offer weekend driving or delivery pay. Decent medical benefits

Cons

Bad dispatches. Slow times living off of guaranteed pay that can be taken away from you. Tanker trailers are varied from ok to just bad. And certainly won't pass dot inspections. On holiday weeks no guaranteed pay. Have to bust your butts to get an average check for those weeks. Inward facing camera lytx. Goes off so often your on the phone with safety alot.
