Pros
50% on food and merchandise.
Cons
Management handled feedback and termination publicly on the warehouse floor instead of in private, which lacked professionalism and respect. Communication was one sided. When I clarified that I was not unhappy and raised concerns about workload and teamwork during high volume days, leadership dismissed the conversation rather than addressing it. Team support was inconsistent. Drivers were not expected to assist during busy events, yet raising concerns about coordination appeared to work against me. Employees who were not from the local area appeared to be treated differently, which created a sense of exclusion. There was a culture of informal reporting, where coworkers monitored one another and escalated minor issues to distribution management instead of addressing concerns directly. The environment favored compliance over open dialogue. Questioning operations or requesting collaboration was not received constructively.
