Cons
The company business model is an obscure niche that nobody really wants, and it resonates in the toxic work culture. Everyone is two-faced, and it trickles down all the way from the company president. Management is a disgrace; I worked here for 5 years and didn't receive a raise. The company president said in a meeting they adjust for inflation on workers' wages on a "case by case basis" (because inflation affects people on a case-by-case basis). After working here for 5 years and receiving promotions / added responsibilities, but no additional raises - none - in 5 years - I sincerely hope this company goes out of business, the company president loses everything, and the management all lose their jobs.
