Our leadership team has been very transparent over the past 12 months about the need for the accounting function to evolve to support the record-breaking growth we have seen in the last few years. Four Hands is currently undergoing an accounting transformation, focused on the implementation of financial controls and accountability. In addition, as you are aware, this team is also involved in the ERP initiative that will replace our current financial system in the next 12-18 months. Through this transformation, we expect this function to be more closely aligned with the business in order to prepare for our next phase of growth as we continue to lead our industry in everything we do.
Change is challenging to navigate, across all levels and roles. Four Hands has been, and always will be, a value-driven company. We believe that through transparency and a shared commitment to challenge the status quo our people and our business will be set up to operate at their highest levels.
