      Culture is decent, people are nice, some managers are very understanding and will work with you.

      Cons

      Below average wages for the type of work and cold environment. Upper management is detached and unable to comprehend the stress and level of work they require from leads and associates. Benefits are expensive and the budget options do not pay for any healthcare or dental. Annual raises are miniscule. No growth above a lead position.

      Middle management that can't manage themselves out of a wet paper bag. Micromanaging all the time driver facing cameras. Get written up for more than 5 over the speed limit. A traffic light turning red triggers a hard brake
