      Pros

      Nothing. Its a place where you can learn how to play politics and ruin other's careers.

      Cons

      1. No value of good talent 2. CEO has no vision and all the CPOs and executive leadership will blindly follow his directive 3. This company has become like a cult with only a select few getting all the benefits despite of poor performance 4. What matters is making noise/showing how busy you are without actually delivering anything 5. Client Partners do not meet the clients and 90% of the times work out of home but will expect the team members to work out of client office 5 days a week

      Pros

      Its a has been company means it hired a lot of good people who left. People who stayed on are incompetent. Technology Media and Telecom practice is full of intellectual depreciation , incompetence, bad attitude, low morale, poor ethics, extremely political individuals , whos core competency is how to remain employed. This culture is encouraged from the cofounder down and encourages people to remain that way
