They’re resistant to paying employees more, but they’ll spend tons of money to open new stores, and keep failing locations open. - Rampant Favoritism - favorites get chosen early, if you aren’t chosen, you never will be. You’ll do everything right, but it’s never enough if you aren’t one of the chosen few. - Gossip - there is so much gossip, SO MUCH! - Secretly cut throat - if you’re just doing this as a random job you’ll be fine, if you try to make a career here you better be ready - the company has immense issues with delivering on their promises, they won’t fix the fundamental issues and just expect retail to take the heat from customers.
