Pros

Beautiful building, free food at 1st break..The perks basically stop there. The longer you are there, the worse it gets .

Cons

Management is the worst. They don't know how to manage or treat a person. You know everything bad about your coworkers and former employees because management talks about it openly, which is so wrong. They play favorites and don't care for someone who isn't one of their chosen. They go after and attack (not physically) anyone who challenges them. They say they want open, honest feedback but when they get it, they will hold it against you. Many in management don't even know how to do the jobs they are supervising, but are quick to judge others on them. They favor men over women and will pay them more. The pay is very low for the industry for a lot of the jobs. Rules only apply to certain people. Their management team is a "walking lawsuit" just waiting to happen. HR is a joke. They are there to support management, not the regular employee's rights.

Pros

Nice facility. The free coffee, cookies, doughnuts and fruit

Cons

The management team is terrified of any controversies. They will do amazing things to avoid any disagreement with agents or their insureds. Underwriting will accept businesses tey know nothing about. Claims will pay anything. A phrase often heard "Got an estimate, get a check." This is systematic. Their relationships with vendors are way to close.
