Paid weekly. This position is work from home. 3 days off for this position

No raises even over the course of 8 years No Bonus MANAGEMENT IS A NIGHTMARE I have never in my life worked under the disrespect and stress that this woman caused. awful awful management. This job is mostly solo and shouldn’t be considering the work load 10+ hour shifts work load is so high I can’t even take a break most days and get off late.

- Amazing, kind and talented colleagues - first company I worked at which does not have a formal performance review process. However, feedback is sought and given timely on projects, which is a better way of doing things - Annual bonus more generous than other companies - Lean company that is watchful of expenses. This helps with efficiency and profitability

Cons

- no performance review also means there is no formal career pathing. - Progression is challenging - lean company - few good people do the work of many - poor official communication across departments or from HR or management
