When I started I was a part of a smaller company that Fullsteam had just recently acquired. I was happy. Then they fired my boss and changed everything. They treat our small company like they don’t care about us. Since January we have asked for answers, a guide for how we’re moving forward or even an organizational chart and have constantly been lied to and manipulated with corporate jargon that means nothing. My pay was cut substantially even though I’ve been asked to do more work. And as if that wasn’t bad enough we switched to a new pay structure in which an upcoming pay check would be shorted and I wasn’t informed. I just feel left in the wind like Fullsteam bought our company just to leave us in the wind.
