      A few good people you can learn from, the rest are useless.

      Cons

      Everything about the job from management to clients to company structure. If you aren’t on the internal approval list, good luck. No one at the company cares what you think and the owner of the company doesn’t like giving raises. The salary ranges are very outdated for today’s economy but the owner is greedy.

      There is good learning potential because the coworkers are nice and willing to teach

      Management. They do not care about you, no matter what they say. Everyone in upper management is in a clique and if they don’t like you, you’re screwed.
