Pros
There are none. They've put the wrong people in management positions and it'll be run into the ground without organizational change.
Cons
The office reeks of cigarettes, two of the employees like to stay late and smoke indoors. You'll never be promoted, ever, will never be any opportunity for growth. If they do promise something, know it's all smoke and mirrors. The raises are not worthwhile. They do offer some contribution for health insurance though no family plan is available. The office is a toxic environment with lots of yelling and fighting. You'll gain no sense of professionalism working here.
