Its an amazing place to start for recent graduates, you learn a lot about the field of jet engines and everyone is open to share their knowledge with you

Cons

The Edison program is very demanding of time, at least while you are on the program you will have to work extra hours on the homework and projects. But it is worth it for all the learning you get.
