Pros
- Great Pay - Remote work is great - Almost always guaranteed a return offer (unless your project was bad) - Very chill environment, get your work done easily and clock out - WLB is amazing - Tech connect week was greatttt. Geico really does invest in their interns
Cons
- Not sure on longevity, might not be able to stay here long? (especially after witnessing layoffs) - My advice? If you accept the return offer try and look for another job after you complete Tech dev program (after 2 years of working with Geico) - Not too much diversity, but I will say they are putting in some effort
