Thank you for your insight. It is true, GEP is a place where the proactive will succeed. Despite our massive growth, GEP maintains its entrepreneurial spirit, with a high appetite for new ideas.

Pros

Have to train yourself while management works against you. The management is far too inexperienced to offer any useful help.

Cons

If you speak up they go out of their way to try to fire you. On this project that lasted 9 months the management team burned through 14 employees - hired and fired (a few quit). It's not the work or the client being difficult - it is the people managing the project that do not have a clue.

Pros

1. Certain good top management. Pathetic middle management 2. It's a family owned business. Culture is fake. True talents are not groomed. People who have visibility grow fast. So people do all stunts to show their visibility. 3. Most VPs don't take ownership because they actually have no power 4. CEO is just a sales guy. Not capable of building culture, people and leaders 5. Good thing is they are a global company but none of the leaders are respectable except for the COO

Cons

1. I have worked for more than 5 years. I have never understood what GEP culture means. 2. People are not really valued. Join this company if you are looking for a job and wanna learn about procurement 3. Please don't join if you are looking for a company that values employees, grows with you and pay well 4. Ethically a poor company 5. No long term strategy other than make 1 billion 6. Pathetic HR I have ever seen. Rude, no empathy, no ethics. 7. Poor leaders through out the company
