You have a job Get a paycheck Only really work 4 days a month Can do 4-10 hr shifts and have a 3 day weekend always

Cons

No advancement and career path No new work being given to employees-most sit and play on their phones for 5 hrs a day Raises and PTO are very small Do not like people working from home Job evaluations are very brief and nothing is explained Company picks favorites in and if you not one of them, you are just a number Waste Industries had an open culture and made it fun to go to work, y'all should also

Toxic environment- This stems from multiple layers of the company being promoted based on time with company versus actual working knowledge of their position. Along with that the IT is riddled with poor attitudes and bad egos that hold back the company from progressing forward.

Networking, flexibility, customers, decent pay, sums it up.

Cons

Upper management has no connection with employees. Account Managers carry the load from sales to Operational issues, price increase, to complaints. Customer service and Operations departments funnel all calls to sales. No time to sell because you are putting out fires that are Operational.
