- great mission - great coworkers with many eager to learn - decent pay for the time - decent remote options but probably going away - great office culture

Cons

- terrible management - no guidance for pay raise or promotion - reduction of benefits over the years - unwillingness to keep key engineers to keep projects alive - layoffs aka "reduction in force" right before key project deadlines - outsourcing engineers to contractors - replacing contractors with different ones to constantly retrain - unfortunate stock situation - constant goals moving based on whatever the market trend is - stock profits over mission or engineering success - lab operations is a priority over software engineering even security engineering - engineering on life support until FDA approval basically
