      The people are great and chill! I hope to never leave if I can

      Cons

      There isn’t a commuting benefit which I wish there was. I’m aware that some of our competitors offer it. Company is also so lean there aren’t many opportunities for upward movement.

      Pros

      I was working at Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult; however, I decided to switch to my current position, which has been a fantastic experience so far. Unfortunately, in my previous company, I faced significant challenges with my manager, Nick John***, who subjected me to constant bullying. This severely impacted my mental well-being, ultimately leading me to seek therapy for support. Thankfully, at my current company, I am fortunate to have excellent colleagues who have played a significant role in my healing process.

      Cons

      It can be stressful. But it's worth it.
