Continual reminder sent out to bring treats for communal sharing and to sign up for potlucks. Even the company anniversary celebration was a potluck event. Team events prize is temporary extra WFH day. Celebrating your work anniversary or birthday? You will be get a DIY e-card, signed by those who like you. Seriously, can they get any cheaper? GXO is a very large company and is held back by its bureaucracy. While upper management was nice, approachable, and appeared to be busy, they often could not deliver on simple employee requests. Management had been telling employees they were looking into chairs for the computer workstations for 6+ months.
